DEAR DANCEWORKS DANCERS,

Regarding tmrw's lunch @ J8's swensen's , due to time restriction, Mr. Kong will drive Yvonne & Gui Ying down to J8 to reserve a table.
Hence, others please gather outside the dance studio, and take a bus down to J8 ASAP.
Please be punctual as some of us have to rush back to sch aft lunch.

Dear dancers,

these 3 months spent together was exhausting yet fruitful.
We've not only gain all the muscle aches and fatigue, we got closer together, and we know each other much better now.
Do we all still remember when VerB was still a dance club w/ no life and camaraderie at all?
We are so drifted apart,I'm sure we didn't feel like we were a team.
However, we're a totally different VerB right now.
Not only has our dancing reached another level, we feel more belonged, which I think is the best part.
As for the danceworks dancers.
Although we didn't made it into the finals, we gained a lot more, right?
I believe we've also gained the recognition for our efforts.
We were upset about the result, but I believe that what sadden us more is that we no longer have the long hours of trainings, the hectic schedule every week, as well as scoldings from Gin, Mr Kong and me. hehe.

As for Taiwan dancers,
the trip was really a pleasurable one. It was also a break for all of us from the hectic school term and dance practices. I hope all of us did benefit from th trip, in terms of dance skills, general knowledge and also bonding.
We looked out for each other when we're in a foreign environment.
We encouraged each other when we were trying something refreshing.
We had lotsa fun :D

Most importantly, I hope that the team spirit do not vanish after this 3 months.
All for one, one for all.

Danceworks and Taiwan performance preparation have been tough and exhausting.
Many of us faced many difficulties. Be it managing school work or multiple CCAs, we've worked hard.
It's our time to perform soon.
Don't overstress, and really enjoy ourselves on stage alright?
(:
& most importantly, drink lots and lots of water and get enough sleep bfore going Taiwan, dancers!
Bring extra clothes to keep yourself warm yeah(:

As there was a lot of doubts in many of us, I would re-announce the schedule again.

Tues:
1. Yvonne, Daisy, Zandra, Shi Hui and Mr. Kong will get the bball pants for the Taiwan dancers as well as buy shoes for dance works.

Wed:

1. Selected Taiwan dancers ( yknw who you are) to stay back and do up the collage w/ Guiying tmrw. You are to gather at the canteen at arnd 3pm.

2. DANCE REHEARSAL STARTS @ 6pm & ENDS @ 7.30pm.


Thurs:

*1. Performance by DANCEWORKERS during BOTH lower & upper sec recess time. Permission Slip will be given for early dismissal.
This performance aims to let you get the hang of how is it like to perform in front of a crowd. * There will be a lot of audience during dance works as many of us have witness last sat*
Costume: Black VerB tee, and any TRACK PANTS

1. Usual practice from 3.30pm - 5.30pm

2. Yvonne, Deevyaah, Zi ying & Meidian will head down to Chinatown to get the exchange gifts after rehearsal.

* Continuation of collage if needed.
Fri:
* TIME OF REHEARSAL PRONE TO CHANGES AS SCH ENDS EARLY.
1. Rehearsal w/ Gin as per norm. 1.15pm - 5pm. * PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE!

Hi Guys, here is the finalised schedule for this week. =)

TUESDAY:
6 pm to 730 pm in school - Rehearsal, for dance works only.

WEDNESDAY:
3pm - Trip down to Queensway Shopping Centre to hunt for costumes, for dance works only.
(meet 3pm at canteen)

THURSDAY:
3pm to 3.30pm - Taiwan Trip Briefing by Tour Agent @ Performing Arts Studio. (Attendance is Compulsory)
3.30pm to 5pm - Dance Practice with Mr K, for all.

FRIDAY:
1.15pm - Dance Practice with Gin, for all.

SATURAY: A trip down to Plaza Sing to watch the Open Category for Dance Works. Please comfirm attendance in tag board. Time is 4 pm till evening. It is strongly encouraged to go down to watch if you are free.. in order to have a feel of the dance standards and atmosphere... :)
