This post is dedicated to everyone, esp dancers who have been training hard w/ me [: Speech day was an awe, tho I believe we didn't feel as passionate as when dance works. This should be my last official performance w/ VerB ): 4th year in VerB makes me feels fortunate, with all of y'all. Thanks for tolerating my bad temper, my screams and scoldings. I enjoy dancing w/ you guys. I enjoy choreographing for you guys as a replacement. I enjoy drilling you guys during P.T. I enjoy eating w/ y'all. I enjoy coaching y'all. I enjoy laughing w/ y'all. I enjoy y'all mocking at me. (Shi Hui!!!) I enjoy doing everything for you guys:D
Although we only bonded better this year, 4 years in VerB changed my life[:
I love y'all!!!
& it's time for Daisy to rock the show and lead you guys!YAY:D

Dear dancers...
Here are some updates :)
1. Friday (24th April): Speech Day Dance Performances by Dance Works Dancers Yvonne will bring hair spray while you may want to bring your own hair setting products. Please remember to bring you BANDANAS and own MAKE UP.
2. EXAM BREAK - NO MORE DANCE PRACTICES UNTIL AFTER THE EXAMS. Practice will resume on the 19th May 2009. This day will also be the official hand over of the chairman and vice chairman, and the stepping down down of all graduating seniors.
3. Dance Camp in June! Look forward to it!

Hi everyone,
hope that the Dance Concert, Gem 4, at Temasek Polytechnic was an eye opening experience for everyone. =)There are certainly many things to learn from the more experience dancers. I am looking forward to watching more concerts!
Personally, I observe that there are a few learning points:
1. A piece of dance performance is not just the dance steps. A good performer dances with the right facial expressions to transmit the right emotions of the dance.
2. Prior to the concert were hours and hours of practices. It was clearly shown that their hardwork paid off. Hardwork, is the key to honing ur own skill as a good dancer! =)
3. It can be seen that the dancers are really full of passion for the things they do. Passion for dance, is also the ingredient in order to go far in this art...

Hi Verbies,
1. Due to the PA Studio being fully booked form Monday to Wednesday this week, we have to shift our dance practice to thursday again. Time is as usual, 3.30 pm to 5.00 pm. Attendance is compulsory(sec1s/2s/3s/4s).
2. Also, for those who have not paid for concert tickets, please bring $6.
3. For sec 1s or any other members who wish to buy basketball shorts (for rehearsal purpose), please bring $20 and pass it to Yvonne during morning aseembly or if time don't allow, at the canteen right after. She will be waiting there.

As we are going to TP this friday for their dance concert, i suggest we meet up bfore heading there. Please gather @ Tampiness MRT control station @ 6PM. ( Don't be lateeeee!!!!)
It is free seating, so we must have the kiasu spirit to go chiong for seats yeah. lol. As for ppl who have CCA until late time, please cab there on your own. There will be snacks bought for you guys as you might not have time for dinner. Others, please settle dinner on your own! :D
